★★★★★ This has been the best bank that I have ever used they're all very friendly and ready to help with what ever you need help with there willing to do what ever they can to get it right and make you happy and fill better about the day.

★★☆☆☆ I continuously get a pop-up message saying, "Your application version isn't compatible with your server. Update your application version" when I try to open the app; then it sends me back to my Google store where I downloaded the app (as if there's another version that's compatible with my server). However, there's no other version available! I've deleted and reinstalled several times over the last couple of months, but this app has never worked for me. Deleting again. SMH

★★☆☆☆ This app is awful! Having to "authenticate" every time you log in is so aggravating! The sign on with fingerprint does not work. Please update to fix these issues or go back to the old app, FNB!

★★☆☆☆ TERRIBLE! It constantly signs me out, and I have to re-enter all my info, get sent security codes, etc. The app the bank used prior to this one was by far superior!

★★☆☆☆ Every 3 or 4 days I have to uninstall this app and reinstall it because it will not allow me to log in using my fingerprint. Without uninstalling and reinstalling the app you will have to manually log in in every time.
