1. It is not a nice hot meal delivered at specific time. Rather all meals are frozen and delivered together. 2. You have to reheat food before eating. Makes you feel so poor that you have to reheat chapati before eating. Taste too is pathetic. 3. Logistic nightmare - the food is frozen but not delivered by temperature controlled vehicle. (So what's the point?) Food delivery timings not suitable for 9-6 working class people. You still have to wash all the utensils, and then order from twiggy.

The food delivery timings are inconsistent for a working class person to take advantage of the service. Defeats the entire purpose of the service. Update: Tried again cause heard the services have become better. Wish I can give 0 stars. Same logistical issues, complained multiple times but to no avail. Only when I said I am not going to renew the subscription, they woke up and started apologizing. Nutritionist also don't care or bother to solve any issue regarding portion sizes etc.
