★★★★★ I have never had an issue with the app. Customer service has always been incredibly helpful. The only bad experiences I have had have been with employees of restaurants/couriers getting me the wrong order and being rude to me about it, but Foodora customer service has always helped correct the order.

★★★★★ Great but there is room for improvement regarding the interface and such

★★☆☆☆ The price makes no sense. Foodora used t9 be great with amazing deals, and was better than wolt. Now when I tried to order a 10 euro pizza, the total came out yo 26 euros with all the delivery + extra fees. It's literally cheaper to go to the restaurant by uber and back.

★★☆☆☆ Already have been favoring Wolt over Foodora for their easier to use app/website and better restaurant selection, but the last straw was when I (unfortunately) got to experience their customer service. Food was delivered to the wrong address, and all they could do was refund the purchase and offer a €6 voucher (about 10% of order) valid for 30 days. Copied and pasted pleasantries and couldn't even re-place our order but told us to do it ourselves. Customer service confirmed this was their policy.
