★★★★★ Good app but there is a bug I wish you fix it. It's about changing fingerprint for auth on device. The app can't use the new one and throw a Java key store expection. Crushed ! Thanks in advance

★★★★★ Great experience, except for 1 detail:. There is 48 hours (72 on weekends) hold on transfers to new beneficiaries on top of the normal delay. So I have to make a transfer to my other bank, and they send the money right away. I'm sure they'll say it is for my own protection...

★★☆☆☆ Authentication fails 50% of the time. No push notifications and charges for SMS alerts without warning even though they aren't received half the time. 3+ day delay for transferring money. I hope competitors from other EU countries put these s French banks out of business

★★☆☆☆ Fortune is far behind its online bank apps competitors. The app looks like from the early 2000s, with a poor user interface, no real-time transaction information (and wrong dates actually, which is nonsensical) Also, all services linked to the card (e.g. Lounge Key) did not work upon the first activation attempt, always requiring customer support intervention. Google Pay has never worked. Finally, customer service is extremely inefficient due to its long response time and poor efficacy.

★★☆☆☆ If you have trouble accessing the application on your phone, confirm the verification email on your phone instead of your computer. I explained this problem to customer service 10 times over 6 months. They couldn't solve it. I couldn't use the application on my phone for the first 6 months. After confirmation of the mail from my phone, it worked well.
