★★★★★ Had to change my review. I finally got the code. Seems to work good for the property I'm at. It would be great not to wait so long for the activation code though. Took about 10 minutes to receive the text. I'm not sure if it's auto AI generated or someone sitting behind a computer. Needs improvement. But definitely good because I got the notification as the water was being shut off for emergency repair. Not a bad app. Just needs some improvement.

★★★★★ We are 3 months shy from completing our 2nd year with Brook wood Villa. We moved her with our toddlers, and it has been a good experience. Erika Decoud, our then leasing agent, made the process easy and fast. If we had any issues, minor or major, she was on top of it! Erika made sure to explain in detail how/when the issues would be resolved. We appreciate her efforts and hard work. We, also appreciate the maintenance team for their quick response hard work.

★★☆☆☆ App doesn't recognize my number even though the apartment complex have my phone number on their file.

★★☆☆☆ It's hard to login and hard to update your info.

★★☆☆☆ The app doesn't open at all. I keep getting a message saying the app has a bug and to report it 😑
