★★★★★ Frankie's taxis are great. Never had any issues at all. Always on time, really friendly & fares are well priced (unlike some other taxi firms!). Frankie's are my go-to taxi company. I honestly100% recommend them.😊

★★★★★ Can be fully booked or run late due to traffic but when they are free they are as quick as they can, always polite and mannered hopefully this stays the same because more and more taxi drivers are getting more rude and have no care in the job as they take advantage of having such an easy lazy job.

★★☆☆☆ Booked a taxi online. It was cancelled with no explanation of why. It also wouldn't let me register a credit or debit card.

★★☆☆☆ Frankie's are a great taxi firm, but the app will only let me book if I add a card, and it doesn't let me type in the box for card number. I just phoned them instead

★★☆☆☆ I cannot enter my home address, to correct it when it is different to the one chosen by the app
