Same as others reported. Can't get past entering cell phone number. Getting rate limit violated error. Update: Received response from developer that resolved problem, so I'm upgrading my rating. Developer should note to make error msgs more descriptive in the future.

While attempting to log in I consistently received "Attention Requested - Rate Limit Violated" at the text message verification step. I suspected that I read the consent to fast and there was a minimum time requirement. After waiting hit consent again which worked.

Login is so secure that I cannot get access. Cannot reset password. Locked out again.

It's a terrible app! The back button doesn't work, and it won't allow Google to save the password correctly as well as the username. They should be ashamed of themselves for putting out an app that has zero customer experience value!

Very cumbersome. Like others, you can't gain assess with user ID and password. Secondly the way they consider an account is based on fund. So seems you have to enter an account number for every fund. Each fund is a separate account

Same as other reviews. Rate limit something. May I respectfully suggest to Franklin Templeton that they try this app out with a bunch of real people (not IT experts) before releasing it to the public. A hard to use (or impossible to use) app only hurts your company. And while you are redoing the app, please allow non-US mobile numbers to be associated with an account. Finance is global, and so are your customers. Thank you.
