C'est très faible connection je suis au center ville je besoin de attendee qu'il tourney et tourney, un acceptable je paye pour le très Mavis service. It's the worst Internet connexion I don't recommend to anybody. Please just show respect to someone like working hard to pay your very bad service.

In the sea area, a new package is automatically activated, which is about €60. Without informing the client about further actions and without receiving confirmation, of course. The operators tried to understand me in English, or keep me waiting with the promise of a call back, which they don't fulfill. After going to the service centers several times and trying to get in touch with them, I didn't receive ANY POSITIVE ANSWER to my problem.

Poor customer service, I have spent 3 months without connection, they keep telling me the problem is at the center, but they do not fix it.

I regret deeply getting free connection, free box and sim. I wish I got Bourges or SFR.
