★★★★★ Best simple thought error analysis app I've come across. Put in your negative thought, errors (cognitive distortions), analysis and alternative thought. Simple and effective & my thanks to the creator for providing it for free 👍

★★★★★ It's amazing how helpful this is. I'm using it in conjunction with another app. I'm really surprised how CBT seems simple, yet is deep and effective. This app really helps you feel better on a foundational level because you're working through what you feel, distortions in your thinking and how to challenge the way you think and replace those thoughts with more helpful ones. The question button on the left contains a really accessible list that explains different distortions.

★★☆☆☆ I mean, I appreciate the app, but please change its name to cognitive therapy for god sake!!

★★☆☆☆ Clunky. Cannot easily use while WORKING 40 hrs per week

★★☆☆☆ I can't use it, to start I require a passcode to enter which I've not set up. Re-installed it and still the same. Can anyone help?
