★★☆☆☆ Ok, but a lot goes into it. They fixed having to take a picture EVERY TIME you even log in. But still there are bugs and glitches when it comes to filling in time sheets. All in all I'd rate it 2/5 stars. Also, the app is awful. Even freedom care themselves have a hard time with it!!

★★☆☆☆ This app has gone downhill. My caregiver has a hard time clocking in and out. Updating schedule NEVER works. It will say my caregiver is away from my house when we are both literally in my home. Can no longer fix anything that is wrong. They blocked that. And emailing support doesn't help. They take days to answer if at all and my caregiver is losing hours because of glitches. Tried uninstalling and reinstalling. Tried talking to support. Noone answers the phone. Always have to leave a message.

★★☆☆☆ Miserable experience. I can count on 2 fingers how many times my picture has uploaded. I have reached out to the customer service 3 times and haven't gotten any help. Maybe they will read these miserable reviews and do better.
