In general I like it Its really good and the fact the alarm goes off with high and lows is very good But what I do find hard is that I've recently changed phone to a Samsung A12, and it always says signal lost I've seen other people commenting the same thing Any information would be grateful 🙏

Unstable when phone updates there are lots of sensor error readings tht are most likely software related. I currently can't even open the app on my Poco X5 pro. I was advised to uninstall and reinstall This fixed most issues and solved the problems on the whole

Why does this app transfer the insulin dose from novopen EP and not auto assume under 2 units is a flow check? Like glooko does. Meaning you must MANUALLY select flow check for every input. Also, no option to decide what is imported from the pen on first use, resulting in duplicate data and having to remove manually!! Last update has created too many problems, Constant signal loss message on phone. Pop up on scan and doesn't scan, random alarms to tell you to scan. This App is even worse now.

Overall a very useful app and since the new update introducing real continuous glucose measurement even more. BUT it is NEEDED to add a SENSOR'S CALIBRATION option, it could be potentially harmful for the end user to not calibrate the sensor with a real blood glucose measurement. In my case when the app told me I'm stable at 90-100 mg/dl I am instead lower or close to 60 and when the app shows me I'm at 180-200 mg/dl I'm actually 130-150! AND IT CHANGES FOR EACH SENSOR! IT'S MADNESS!
