I actually used web page for the first shopping, but then I downloaded the app as there are more vouchers, and it looks really good. It's intuitive, and I like the idea of adding whole shopping list to the cart, so easy. I highly recommend Frisco shopping. The prices are sometimes higher sometimes lower than my neighboring Lidl, so I would say it evens out in total.

Some ux solutions are pretty uncomfortable to use (for example: when scrolling down you always accidentally slide item to the side and see some additional buttons for no reason). Anyway list of products is pretty big as soon as list of promotions. Don't know about it quality yet (will receive my order tomorrow), but most of my friends recommended me as vendor of fresh and good products.

The products and overall experience is good But the performance is very slow, it takes a lot of time to load each Page when you are loading different categories At least 1 performance improvement May be: when you load full list in some category, and after that you decide to select a smaller category, it loads again. Why no caching or filtering the records that are loaded already is used here

Can't say anything about delivery, as it was quicker to go to the actual shop... App is extremely slow, hangs at every step or throws errors. Checkout is impossible to complete. It took 3 tries to add an address (form wasn't recognizing fields as filled in or was simply freezing) and was impossible to add a payment card (app got stuck on the spinner each time). Typos in the form ("loklau" instead of "lokalu").

Used it for delivery around 5 times, half of times everything went smoothly. But last deliveries had issues like missing product without notification, which we noticed too late to report, last 2 deliveries had not fresh greens and vegetables (had to dispose of part of the onions and dill). Maybe they store it in the wrong conditions during delivery when delivery time is in the evening

Does not work on Galaxy Nexus Adding products to the cart simply does not work on Galaxy Nexus. It also cannot be installed on Nexus7 tablet. Please fix

It is a scam. After taking my money, they refused to deliver me my goods for an entire week. Each day, they would make up the most ridiculous excuse for another delay. After one week of this b.s., I went to a depot and I explained on the reception everything that was happening, and I told them I would not leave without my groceries. I sat there for an entire day. Don't order from these crooks, unless you want to be robbed and waste your time contacting them by email and telephone with no results.
