Horrible experience. Food is ready on time, but Fudy doesn't have enough couriers, so after the restaurant has finished the food, it sits there for 20 minutes, then they find a courier and courier delivers food for 30 minutes more, even if I live 10 minutes from the restaurant. Cannot trust Fudy to get me food on time. Uninstalled, don't waste your time.

I wanted to order food so I could eat lunch at work. But since I work at a store I can't just get up and leave anytime, so I wanted to do a pickup order, since the restaurant was only a minute away from me. I got the order ready, chose pickup, paid, THE AMOUNT LITERALLY SAID 5,50. But when it confirmed my payment the amount was suddenly €11 and then I saw that Fudy had changed my pickup to delivery on its own. And when I saw it I wanted to contact support BUT THAT BUTTON SUDDENLY WASN'T WORKING
