They're making it difficult to claim reimbursement. Had a dental surgery a week ago, the clinic told me they cut their partnership with fwd, so I use the reimburse feature. Submitted everything I have, it came out pending and the reason is. "Which tooth?". We can only submit photo for it, you want a picture of my mouth? Or a photo of written number on a paper? Besides, how is that important? Now I understand why some clinic cut their ties with you. You're not making things easier than you should be.

Looks like amateur developers creating this app. Too many permission requirements to run the application. Application does not even want to start without notification permission. Moreover, the apps want to access gallery and phone calls. What is the purpose? No explanation is given before requesting permission. I just want to access my digital card, so I don't need to give all those unnecessary permission.

I think the insurance is purposefully making it so difficult to claim reimbursement. App super lagging, difficult to access efriend - loading forever despite I have forced closed and reopen for countless times, difficult to upload receipts. This app sucks and am super annoyed. Better don't use FWD
