Error 500 when trying to sign into the app. Staff at the resort don't know how to fix it. No paper itineraries as they only have the app. Why not just use a web page instead of a custom app?

Broken. Unusable. I used to enjoy this app. It was a fun way to get excited about my upcoming trip and useful when at the resort but since I got a new phone I am unable to log into it at all. I keep getting an error code 500. I tried contacting the app creator to, but they haven't responded. Totally unusable in its current state.

First, it is not possible to enter your check-in date if it's in the past. This means you cannot use a lot of the functionality. Second, why can we not make restaurant reservations through this app? Overall, it's really not a particularly useful app.
