★★☆☆☆ Bought tickets, did not receive them after talking to multiple agents I was told they would be at the venue under my account. The venue did not have my tickets the seller never released them. I was told I could wait and receive another set of tickets after the event started. The event started, and they did not have additional tickets to offer me and I got a refund. If you want to take a chance on saving a few bucks for hours wasted and missing your event try em out. 0/10 would not recommend.

★★☆☆☆ I had a terrible experience with this website and their customer support. I bought 2 NFL tickets, but the seats were far too from the field, not near the map pin location. Despite providing evidence, customer support dismissed my concerns, insisting the row was accurately disclosed, which was not true. They even ghosted me twice, making the whole ordeal beyond frustrating. Their lack of acknowledgment and poor customer service was shocking. I strongly advise against using this ticket service.

★★☆☆☆ Sketchy. Less than 2 weeks from event and still have not received tickets. Questioning whether tockets are legit but Game time will not look into it or provide any information.
