I love the overall UI design of the app. Lot of good features, especially the VQ, group queue, trip planning, notification reminders, waiting time information, and the map design. However, there are a couple of things that could be improved. - A first time user experience seems a bit confusing. Perhaps an onboarding wizard to simply things might help. - Tickets can't be bought through the app. Have to use website or Genting app - Realtime location isn't that accurate

It's an alright app for the theme park. It needs to be stated somewhere tho that the app can only scan the ticket after one have entered the park. My brother was able to make a group and the app links all our group members account. One downside is that only group leader can make VQs. At least the group leader position can be transferred among group members. And DMs & notifs are cleared the next day, so prepare to screenshot any promos that you get. In its bare bone, it's quite a convenient app.

System busy, the amusement park does not let me enjoy the ride without signing up this bs app.

Ridiculously poor user experience. Never coming back. App crashes and cannot even start up if you're using the Genting Sky worlds Wi-Fi (somehow it only works if you use your own mobile data). The VQ reservation is unintuitive and hard to navigate in the app. Queue estimates are wildly inaccurate - actual queue time can easily be twice the estimate. Rides close suddenly without any notice or explanation and the directions to the theme park are confusing. Do not recommend.

I am unable to log in via the app, but I can log in via the website (Sky worlds). Why do we even need multiple apps? Why not just use the Genting app? So much hassle.
