Great app. Let you customize your own apps and track workouts free. But better than that there are some really good workouts available through the programs in this app.

An amazing workout app. Each exercise had a short video on how to perform, history of the exercise, notes, rest timers, custom workouts. This app has it all, and I am only run into a few hiccups along the way. Ryan Humistons workouts have helped me push through some long-standing plateau's. I love the program setups.

Great app but I wish he would also release new plans on his old website, as I didn't like using my phone the entire time I was doing my workout. The simplicity of the old PDF files were awesome! I own every one of the paid workouts.

I can't log in to the app with my website credentials. I've emailed the support email. Any danger of a responce?

Not understanding this app. Can't import workouts to it that I've already bought from the website, and you can't purchase workouts either, although it says you can. Been trying to buy 2 different programs for over a week, and all it says is "network error check your connection and try again". So I just use the website now. Only reason I'm still holding onto this app is for the free shoulder workout, which is phenomenal btw
