★★☆☆☆ Terrible customer service, bookings cancelled, company can't rebook, I was able to change my booking through another means and the company wouldn't refund me, overall just not a great service at all. If I could give less than 1 star I would.

★★☆☆☆ I subscribed for the first time to get a 10% discount and book a tour that I wanted, but they did not send me the discount code. Using another email I received a discount code but could not use it saying that there is an error and that I need to contact support. This is not worth the time and money if they can't even keep a basic promise! There are far better alternatives on the market than this!

★★☆☆☆ I only made 3 bookings with this app: every single one of them got cancelled in the last minute. When the 2nd booking got cancelled in Turkey claiming bad weather (where the weather was good, and I did personally see the hot air balloons flying) I reported it to get your guide and followed up multiple times; I was advised it's still under review (even after a month). After 7 months, made a booking to visit Theth in Albania which got cancelled in the last minute claiming bad weather. Lie again
