The app itself isn't always well programmed, and it can be difficult to pick your departure point for example compared to other app... Still, as a foreigner in Armenia, GG was the only app that was working ! Normal taxi only accept cash, and I wasn't going to withdraw local currency just for my last 3h in the country... Where the rest of life could be paid by card... Some competitors only accepted Armenian phone numbers... And some needed a code but failed to send the SMS... GG saved the day !

Taxi drivers are very kind, but the app has issues with its logic and usage, not convenient to use e.g. for delivery. Also, the customer support is horrible, they don't have number to call, when I asked for a call from there end by chat, they didn't manage to do that.

This is the best app ever if you like being stranded without other transport options. Drivers will keep you waiting for 10 minutes and cancel or call you to pester you about cancelling, so they can make more money, or to switch from card to cash payment. I can't believe I'm saying this but somehow Yandex is more honest and reliable.
