I've been playing this great for a while, I enjoyed it, but they keep showing it to me as if I never had it now do I start over ? I have a few games they keep showing me to install? The ads I've seen over and over, nothing new. This is so stressful because you can't even begin a game till you watch an ad that is for kids. Boys games, not interested the shark game I hate it, I've seen it so much. After a bit you loose interest. Some games you see the same add every time you wish to play.

This game used to be fun, but now it's just a waste of time and space on my phone (OVER 5gig) !! Not only have I been unable to play for over 2 weeks "waiting for an update to fix the issue", but I also can't get a response from anyone in the customer team. Did the latest update, and it didn't fix the problem at all, so the only thing that can be done is daily challenges and rescuing souls, but NO game progress, so it's a waste of time !!

Update: 2 stars from 5. Oops something went wrong is not fixed as they say in another review below. I am completely stuck and can't assemble any objectives or scenes. Went from my #1 favorite game ever to the most frustrating app on my phone. Brutal. Have not had a reply from customer help yet either. So far, I'm enjoying. Challenging, good story, energy restores quickly. Solid graphics. Find it's can get a little repetitive, but this does a good job and changing scenes and moving things around

I really love this game, but when I get ready to play it just takes my lives and that's it. It won't let me play. I'm really disappointed 😞 Still can't play 😔
