I used Gia virtual care for the first time to get an emergency refill of my daughter's medicine and the process was so smooth and easy. I submitted the request and received a phone call about 10 minutes later asking me to submit photos of the prescription bottle. Five minutes after that a provider called, we spoke, and she sent the refill to the pharmacy. I would use this service again.

This app is worthless. It doesn't load and when it does, the login doesn't work. Easier to just go to the page through your browser.

Your app doesn't work it's full of bugs. And your website doesn't work either. Mvp sucks

Provides no value. Create GIA account. Log in. Create Galileo account. Star with today's month, but year that would make you 18 today. Scroll backwards month by month. Just enter birthdate? NO! You MUST scroll. The older you are, the more you must scroll. Try6 to log in, get caught in a loop where it continuously requires you to scroll to your birthdate w/o actually loging it. The programmer(s) should be stabbed and then required to use this service to get healthcare.
