It's where I make a substantial portion of my money in the gig economy. If you're new, be willing to reach out to schedulers, and try for multiple jobs, it takes time to become known as a reliable shopper. Don't flake out on these jobs though, you'll get blacklisted, and the industry keeps a database of unreliable shoppers, and good shoppers too. Be prepared to write extensively, and you can make some good money! Ps. You can log in on the web too, which makes this platform quite useful. Good luck!

Very easy to use. I was skeptical at first, but I've done a couple gigs and after a few weeks of waiting it pays out via PayPal. I had to complete small tickets in order to even qualify for the big ones and now that I have ill be trying some of those out.

I've used gig spot for about 5y to mystery shop. I think it's a great app that aggregates mystery shops from various companies. The payment structure has always been clear and reliable. The most I made was 2019 ($498) and 2020 ($329) and I think I've found better income streams since but gig spot is not bad! Great place to start.

Only works in landscape mode only borders work in portrait mode. Also pay is a little low for what you're asking your workers to do. Scan 500 items with special requirements. And saying it takes 15 minutes. I think you need to start doing your own jobs, so you realize that in most cases it is not worth the time to bother. As I'm sure, you take every opportunity to reject as much as you can. I have not done a job yet. But did much research and decided to give it a try. The reviews are not good.

Be very careful using this app. There is no ability to change your email address if needed. If you try to contact them they tell you to change your email in the actual mystery shop company's site. When you try to log in to the actual shopper site, it immediately redirects you to Gig Spot. The mystery shop company does not have the ability to delete any profiles that are created on Gig Spot. If you are a seasoned shopper stay away. I wish I could give this app negative stars.
