New scooters are amazing as got front and back brakes and suspension on the front

It's a fun app if you have your driver's license but no car. It helps when you walk live a long journey and get tired. £2 for 20 minutes might seem short but if you walked for 20 minutes. Then you have plenty of time leftover. The only downside is SOMETIMES a ride might not work but support are pretty quick to answer. Make sure to inspect the scooter first. If we had way more park spots closer to work Itd be perfect 100%

Extremely saddened by the fact Ginger is suspending its service in my area. I'm an avid user, and it's my favorite way to travel around my city. Hopefully this is resolved quickly, and I'll be back to scooting around.

Terrible service, you'll rarely find a scooter that works properly as most go extremely slow or will have stiff brakes etc. Scooter stopped working the moment I started a ride and wouldn't let me end it, so now it says I've been riding for 35+ hours.

I can no longer use these scooters since they updated how you pay (none of the top-up methods work). The app is also incredibly slow.
