Worst service ever. Having a big brand ambassador isn't enough, you guys should invest some money in shipment handling and customer care. I ordered a jewelry which was late by 2 days and when I inquired, they are then telling me that the order has been returned. Atleat have courtesy to inform your customer proactively about the issues. Worst customer support, had it been possible I would have rated negative.

No option for customer support Nonsense app just worse will never ever use I ordered pendent and paid online in app first they don't let you know what will be the delivery date or slot and after payment, it shows estimated time of delivery to be for next day, but after next day evening Blitz shared the tracking link for the order without AWB ID and there were no option for customer support nor the delivery partner blitz not the GIVA just looks like they have to focus on advertising and marketing
