Love the app it works fine, the 1 star -wish it could b ZERO-is due 2 the hours of WHEN THEY DECIDE 2 do maintenance on the app. Instead of wait'g 4 off hours when people R gone shopping @ home normally sleep they choose 2 do maintenance on the app @ 6p or 7p on Friday or Sunday nite when people are THE BUSIEST out & about. I have been on the road & couldn't have access 2 my card due 2 maintenance try'g 2 do things LIKE GET GAS while traveling. Its frustrating that they choose THE UNREALISTIC ti

I took out a personal loan with GCU. When you make a payment, you can't see that it's pending, & it takes about 2 days of it being in limbo for it to post. I've almost paid twice 2 times because I wasn't sure the original payment was in process.
