Tyra Hun, u can't open this like normal app. U MUST install "Go contacts ex"1st. After install go into "go contacts ex" tap on the top left corner tab(or press bottom button to bring up their menu)click on "Themes",then pick what u have downloaded (u can get more themes from there as well). I had same issue. For future,go to your network provider(At&t,Verizon)they can show u how things work.Don't Call Verizon techs,most don't know about this stuff. Hope it helps. Good luck.Sam
