The app was good, but I think the company don't have enough cars it's always telling me there's no car around, so it's becoming useless, but the app is easy to use and designing perfect

The app has improved a lot! 😊 👍 But here are some issues I encountered: 1) After the trip ends, I couldn't find a rating/comment section. 2) Another thing I noticed is the integration of the 'arrival and waiting time' counters in the driver's app is theoretically correct, but I think it needs improvement. You have to make it so that it automatically starts counting once it gets to the requested locations (both the start and destination locations) rather than the driver's input. Hope this help

The app is fine, but the cars are non-existent. Defeats the purpose of a ride app.

1. The OTP on the new version doesn't work. It seems to be a very serious bug which could cut down your active users count. 2. Your call service is the worst which needs adjustments. a) pick up the phone b) why do we pay for a call even when you're not answering?
