★★★★★ I struggled the last 5 years. Even just peeing would sting bad. After many dr. Visits. It turns out I just had a weak muscle. More men and women need to work on their urinary Sphincter muscle group. It increases erection, sexual sensations, orgasm control, ect. My Sphincter was so weak I even had an awful mixture of urine when I orgasmed. How you find out how to target it is when you're peeing forcefully stop midstream. I did NOT see much improvement until around DAY 40. Use app daily.

★★☆☆☆ Even with the premium version, you can't clear your progress history to start fresh. Just have to jump back into some random day if you don't want to be doing 5 minutes in one go. Even the "custom" option only does that for an immediate exercise, no custom plan you can create. Truly not worth it.

★★☆☆☆ Continuous ads, couldn't even finish the initial signup. Deleted immediately.

★★☆☆☆ It's riddled with ads, I got one for setting a reminder! Also, training is free up to 30 days, after that you gotta be a Plus User to continue.
