Far better than "Diamond buses" app. It's not too busy and annoyingly complicated. You can quickly check your favorite saved bus stops to see when the next bus is due unlike above, with a time to arrival countdown or easily checkout other stops that aren't on your favorite list.

My family use this app all the time it's so exact tells you where the bus is you can click the bus to see if it's a double or single and see if there's any diversions on your route 10/10 recommend

Absolute joke. Buses that magically disappear from the GPS live tracking even though you're sat in a bus stop waiting for 10–15 minutes, and it clearly shows on live departures and live tracking that the bus is coming. So it makes you wait than magically vanishes and next one is in 10 minutes or more. But can you be sure it's coming? NO and NO. Don't trust this app. Better use uber or bolt if you can.

No point in app, bus tracker doesn't work and buses never stick to the timetables. Now timetables don't even work/open. And company is no help on social media :(

Honestly pointless some buses don't even have their GPs on so it doesn't pick up on app... buses in my area don't stick to the route or timetable... Its really frustrating when you're running late to work due to buses, and you see them on the app going a different way and not even trying to get back on route 😑 the fact call center not open until 8am doesn't help either cause many of us have to get to work and don't know if a bus cancelled or just really late by then until lines are open

Terrible service, bus showing in map but didn't come, happens this many times, Driver changing on bus 41 and many times the next driver is not there and bus keep waiting, sometime passengers shifted to another bus. Next driver ask to buy another ticket. Group ticket purchased online and driver doesn't allow going all 5. Terrible, terrible
