★★★★★ Must-have app for any taxi user in Japan. Drivers in populated areas arrive within 5 minutes and are friendly and helpful. App is English friendly and the drivers are great too.

★★★★★ Better than Uber. Easy to use. Fetches real Japanese taxis. A must to have and use whether on call or from the street.

★★★★★ It would be nice to see the recommended route on the app and have it track the car as we follow the route like Uber.

★★☆☆☆ The app cannot send verification sms to my Czech number, so I cannot register and thus can't use it

★★☆☆☆ Garbage. We ordered a taxi. Was quoted 3500 JPY + 100 JPY fee. After the ride we were charged an extra 1180 JPY for "remote service area" that was not originally quoted. What a scam.

★★☆☆☆ Sends spam notifications, and then when you turn off notifications the app nags you to turn them on again. Also, always asks you to use a coupon even if you never have any. Uninstalled.

★★☆☆☆ I cannot sign up for an account. Malaysia mobile number here. Do I need to have a Japan sim to sign up? I thought I can sign up and get ready everything before my trip. Can you please fix the issue?
