If you cannot be bothered to make sure that the buses arrive on time and at the designated stops you set, you have no business working in transportation. I called the office and the woman on the phone said they don't even know they lay out of the area where the buses are going to.

The app works fine the problem is the bus does not come half the time. Or does not scan so you better have data because guess what? The bus Wi-Fi does not work half the time or getting the I agree page to come up. Also, if you can't get it to scan some bus drivers get an attitude like your trying to scam them even though the show bus driver button uses the ticket up.😑

Yal app is slow babies. Yal need to speed it up. Tired of having to massage the scan for it to work. Gotta stand there, hold it at an angle, talk nice to it. All while the bus is rolling, or bus druve saying pay or get off. It's like the cell phone is faster than the app. And we have tracfones. It's an in convince. Tighten up on yal game. Tap and go. Ain't nobody gotta time to be messing around like rhat. Make that scanner tap and go. Tell whoever made it, ma and pop, pop said that.
