Hate this app! Used Smart line for many, many years! Price went up, lost texting ability because I'm not using a website or socials, but have an EIN and should be able to verify based on taxes. Phone doesn't ring when customers call, can't connect to my business email any more (even though GoDaddy holds that and domain), can't dial customers from app, can't see conversation history. I keep thinking it will get better. Hahaha!!! GoDaddy should take us all seriously and fix the app! Time to move on.

This app is absolutely horrendous! The previous app worked so much better and much more fluid. This app has a hard time syncing messages and phone calls and takes a long time to load in order to access the app. I use this app as a business line and business messaging, and it makes operating my business much more difficult. If this app does not improve, I am going to have to find another solution. Please improve this immediately! GoDaddy is a multimillion-dollar operation, fix this!!!!!
