Cld we have similar feature like Grab's Hitch? Otherwise, Ure alright. Fare wise a bit steep n comm cut from drivers can be reduced. Need more pub n perks to attract drivers n users of d app.

Why we "drivers" must give you access to our contacts / videos / pictures etc. in order to use GoJek Driver Singapore apps? Not able to msg to passenger when arrived. Drivers have to call them. Must provide" No Show" when passenger did not show up when driver arrived at the pickup area (wait about 3 mins) so that drivers can cancel the job and cannot penalise the driver for the cancellation. Charge the passenger a fees for cancellation (5 mins) and compensate the drivers for the pickup

Change the incoming request tone please. The loud peh peh peh tone has almost successfully cause me to have a mini heart attack and nearly lose control of my car countless times without fail, sometimes on back to back jobs even the rider had a shock. I'm stopping gojek for now and change over to grab to recuperate from this. Someday an accident will happen to someone and the cause will be that shocking peh peh peh tone.

This is d indo app I even use b4, worse n bad in the world, fxxxing indo booking notify sound, fxxxing loud n noise, even my phone vol set at very low, You are spoiling driver hearing, d pick up distance is fxxxing far away, I staying at cck, booking come from cement, I at woodlands booking come from Bukit Panjang, I'm in town area near Koppel, booking come from TPY, what the hell You are doing? U think driver veh EAT, DRINKING water OR MILK? That's y other "G" c u like Transparent. Do nothing at all.

Horrified with the notification sound. Not suitable for go cars. Text is also too small, must stop car to see clearly. Totally unfriendly and dangerous for drivers.
