★★☆☆☆ When it comes to encountering problems on Go Food, beware. There's no way to solve other than your order being cancelled, with only bots and automatic responses. Ordered food for a relative and had a problematic driver/restaurant combo and there were no updates given by any parties involved for an hour. Please make users be able to chat with agents and restaurants. Was very unsatisfied with the response of cancelling the order without any effort trying to solve the problem. Also, I subscribed.

★★☆☆☆ I FINALLY GAVE UP WITH THE APP. Saatnya berg anti ke GRAB. Good app but BAD support. When driver is unable to be contacted at all, and seen from gps that he didn't move from original location, support system said that can not change driver because driver is already arrived. Idiot support system

★★☆☆☆ Your app is great, but there are too many notifications. You don't need to send notifications for everything! Every promo and all the benefits... I don't need a notification for that. I had to turn off notifications for your app because of this and because of this, sometimes I miss the chats from your drivers...
