★★★★★ If you are over 50 and have lost yardage in your clubs, or you feel like you aren't swinging the way you did 19 years ago then this program is a game changer! I'm 50 and haven't felt this good physically in a long time. The workouts are changing but doable. Try it and you'll love it!

★★☆☆☆ This is likely a fine program for those that are just starting with fitness. That said I was put on th "back tees" and it was just beginner stuff. There is no progression just random videos, I luckily only joined for a month and didn't get suckered into full year. Okay to start, boring and tedious after a month.

★★☆☆☆ AAAAA too much unnecessary ralking instead of exercising. 3 to 4 plus minutes of unskiable word vomit between exercises... It's painful to listen to.

★★☆☆☆ Forgot my password and get email but can't change it. Goes right back to log in signup page.
