★★★★★ Like being able to check and / or change the thermostat temperature from a/c to heat

★★★★★ Unit is doing a good job but the thermostat that goes with it is overly complicated and has dropped out twice so far and needed resetting. Got new unit last july I believe?

★★☆☆☆ Repeatedly loops at authentication both by biometric and pin. I'm clearing cache and data daily and then logging back in. It's a nuisance. Scheduling is mych more basic than my old NEST.

★★☆☆☆ The data safety section in Google Play says this app does not collect or share any data. But when you create a required account in the app, the privacy statement has a long list of data collected, and it says the company sells it to third party advertisers. Why are these different?
