★★★★★ On time and a very polite and helpful driver - all round excellent job - thank you

★★☆☆☆ Charged twice for a cab when the app had told me there were no cars available. Out of pocket £11, ten minutes on the phone trying to get it cancelled and still had to pay for alternative transport! I really want to stop using Uber and go with a local option, but this experience is very poor.
