I have tried 2 times to contact customer service asking for help, but I got 0 reply. UPDATE!: The Google Drive Support Team contacted me, and they helped me to finally solve my problem! ★★☆☆☆ I'm an IT/Cyber Professional, developer, red teamer. This is a very disappointing application. I have gigabit fiber and a very high performance router, and the Google Drive app absolutely crawls when uploading files. I test my up/down speeds regularly, and my connection is always rock solid, yet uploads in this app are ridiculously slow. Sometimes my files get hung and never complete, and I have to cancel them and mess around. Disappointing. Update: deleted cache, reboot, still have hung upload.

★★☆☆☆ Google keeps harassing us to buy storage and I don't want to buy storage. Some things I'm not allowed to delete it because it belongs to someone else. How do I turn it back over to them and then delete the part that's on my phone because I don't need to buy more storage for something I don't need anymore. I am no longer in the job that put this on my phone for me to use. How do I get rid of it? I will not buy more storage.

★★☆☆☆ I had to uninstall Google Drive to access the web/Chrome version of Google Drive to be able to download my folder. Pretty lame...
