Very bad app, could not even login. Otp to login never comes

First of all, they gave me an offer: if I downloaded the app, they would give me 100 rupees in my wallet, which they did. However, the turning point came when I ordered something from their app. At first, it showed that the order had been placed, and the payment was taken through the wallet. But after some time, it showed the payment as pending. I canceled it, but the app cleverly took the money and didn't refund it. It was a trap. Please avoid using this app, even if they offer money.
