Buggy with deposits. I hope to see it get better, but I've had deposits delayed over a business week.

Grasshopper closed my account without notice within a month of opening. They do not do business with federal firearms licensees. They have not returned my money, despite my contacting support and support sending me a release form (which shouldn't have been necessary - it's my money) and me returning it within a day. I have waited over two months: no money. Their opening docs did not indicate FFLs were not allowed, and the drop-down menu for business type included FFLs. Grasshopper is a scam. Run

Absolutely the worst bank I ever used as a small business person. Grasshopper lies noting it takes two to three days for checks; however, it takes 7 to 11 days to cash biz checks from clients. Let's not forget, the lazy bankers don't count weekends toward check cashing Their pathetic customer service is non-existent, you can bet they never solve a problem. If you're a small business person stay away... No doubt, the lazy CEO is making a six-figure salary but is not worth $15 an hour.

I'll be finding a new bank soon. They take a week or more to actually add the funds to your account AFTER approval. Most banks are 2-3 business days.
