Grata took the liberty of pairing my phone with their intercom without my knowledge. No permission or instruction! I've had the drunk downstairs call me 11 times in 5 days to let him in. I've blocked the number, but the guy is still able to leave voicemail ! Thanks, Grata, for the grief ! Give me your phone number, so I can call you at home after the bar closes to report another drunk who called me using your stupid system. No need to respond. I know...'we are constantly blah blah blah.

This app is incredibly cumbersome and annoying. It always needs to be connected to the network but hey, sometimes there's no service. Like in the underground parking lot. I get some odd looks as I roam aimlessly around the lot, holding my phone up to see if maybe it will connect, and I can get into my building. Now since the last update the app won't even open!! I can't even open the garage door and find myself trying to find a vacant visitor parking spot. Zero stars.
