★★★★★ I like this app. I know most of its entries and prompts are about being thankful for things, but I use it as an overall journal. I do like the prompts. They help redirect my emotions and thoughts. I wish that they could incorporate that though. Give you a space to assess and write down how you're feeling, why you're feeling that way and then move on to a prompt to help lift your spirits or at least distract you thinking. Maybe it already has this, and I just haven't found it in the app yet.

★★☆☆☆ I've been using this app for over a year and it's been amazing. I think it's helped me pick positives out of negative situations in daily life much easier. The reason I'm not giving 5 stars anymore is that recently I've had a lot of notifications from the app about god and religion, I'm not a religious person and as far as I'm aware this isn't a religious app. If I could opt out of notifications about "how god is showing himself in my life recently" without turning them off all together I would.

★★☆☆☆ This application was and has been of benefit to me since it made me cultivate a mindset of gratitude and positivity through the prompts and challenges. I am however disappointed that the app's backup functionality is hidden behind a paywall. I lost two years of data due to this, and I feel that the developers should rethink this. Backup is important for all users even those that cannot access the premium version of the app. User data safety should be important. But overall the app is great.
