★★★★★ Works as described out of the box. Excellent option to buy ticket for public transport in Graz. Perfect in a pandemic.
★★★★★ I don't see the reason for all these bad reviews (luckily for me, I had no bad experiences yet). The app works perfectly fine, I love that I can buy tickets here using PayPal. The ticket prices are even discounted, and I have my Top-Ticket now here, where I bought it. New feature suggestion: you could enable the user to buy ticket in the future, instead of only from the current time stamp.
★★☆☆☆ It is not possible to buy tickets in this app as the payment processes indefinitely and never finishes
★★☆☆☆ This app is absolute rubbish. It does not use the actual gps database of the trams and buses, but an always outdated timetable data. If no one updates that in time, all the info in the app is false. I missed 3 trams already because of this app. And not because I was a minute late or the tram a minute too early, but because the app is showing old arrivals, so 10-15 minute difference from the actual arrival of trams. Absolute rubbish. BusBahnBim is a 100 times accurate using GPS tracker data.
★★☆☆☆ You can only buy 1-hour tickets starting from when you buy the ticket, and not for a time in the future. Also, it keeps asking you to log in - it should remember your login. Payment with PayPal would also be nice.
