★★★★★ Easy to use and pay. Can buy ticket at anytime. Wish train fair was cheaper than driving though.

★★★★★ Hello, as I am planning to go out tomorrow for leisure purposes, I Deciced to use the Greater Anglia App to book tickets. And it's easy to do.

★★☆☆☆ So.... you can't buy tickets for journeys on different days, in one transaction. So I have to make THREE purchases on my card, rather than ONE PURCHASE for THREE JOURNEYS. You CAN pay for multiple journeys on Works on the mobile website. Idiocy.

★★☆☆☆ Smart cards are confusing. I buy, but get to the station 30 minutes later and find the ticket isn't on the card. Not great when buying at the station as there's a delay - opposed when buying a barcode ticket which (if the backend is working properly) can be used immediately.

★★☆☆☆ This app is useless when you want to buy tickets. It keeps on freezing, you need to make many attempts for a payment to be uploaded to a GA smart card. Just absolutely pathetic.

★★☆☆☆ Tried to buy ticket 1st class, asked to make account. Made account, and automatically went to purchase again, but the first class wasn't set, and I bought a regular ticket. 0 warnings, 0 way to immediately refund. Kinda poor design :/
