Paul's earlier review about changing the UX input for initial DOB input was on point, but implemented so badly. It took me several MINUTES to press left enough times to get to my month/year of birth. When he said manual I doubt this is what he had in mind. You desperately need to fix it - usual standard would be pressing the month zooms out to selecting a month, pressing again zooms out to selecting a year. I persisted despite this annoyance, but many won't.

App team, great concept but the website and the app lags and is not a great
experience. Unfortunately you make it far too hard for people to "do good"
due to your platform and technology limitation. It's not even a native app.
