Constant issue with login whenever there is an update. Forced password resets. Even with perfect 5G service or Wi-Fi, constantly drops inputs, so you end up locked out of your account because the app failed to complete the password reset.

Possibly the worst banking app and online banking experience I've ever used. It insists on sending you a code to use that you have to enter within 3–5 mins, but they don't even send you the code until the following day. There's no way to get in and access your own information. There's no point in having an app or an account online if you can't even use it. I'd give it 0 stars if I could, because the app is basically non-existent without being able to log in.
