Why not all main land of the United States of America each state 350 bus station cross-country also.

I paid to reserve seats. When I boarded the bus the seat was taken. When I said something to the driver I was told to just pick any seat. When I tried to contact support, the agent ended the chat before I could bring this issue up. I am a disabled veteran, I don't have a lot of money, so it's very disrespectful to sell me a service you do not offer. I will not be using this line again.
