The app is intuitive. You can load easily the invoices making a scan. It traces all the communication between groupe mutual and you as a client. It provides a general overview of your situation, i.e. How much you have still to pay to reach the 'franchise' threshold. You have all the groupe mutually invoices in one place. Strongly recommended.

Sometimes it is a little bit hard to find a specific function or document, but it offers everything I need: Easy submission of documents, an overview of my insurance costs and returns, as well as an AI assistant to check symptoms which has actually saved me visits to the doctor.

The app is always stuck...bagging... But the Ux is 4*. It needs some small improvements to be like every other app. And if GM needs it to be more than an app they need to rethink how we use it.

Try to register, fill all the details, make photos of the Aufenthaltstitel and after the self the website is cracked and remain on white screen. You can't do anything more after. I try 2 time again and do the same thing.
