I have no issues with the app. It's working perfectly fine. I'm able to add and make changes when needed. I can scan and redeem the vouchers. This has grown our business, and we're able to reach out to more customers than ever before. I highly recommend using Groupon as they have paid customers coming in, unlike other platforms (yelp), showing you analytics, but there is no guarantee that you have paid customers walking through your door.

Easy to navigate and provides the immediate essentials for conducting business. Would like to be able to edit the profile from this app, so I don't have to log in via a desktop. Has the occasional crash but it never lasts long.

Not fair model for business owners and unable to adjust our own campaigns. They take the extra promo discounts from the business owner shares and keep the entire 50% split for themselves. If someone buys a voucher the business owner sees none of that money if the person does not use it on top of the extra discount they take. Would be a great service if they were less greedy and worked cooperatively with the business owner to set the campaigns that please the business owner as well.

When attempting to close a campaign, it does not allow me. The website instructs me to contact a representative. There is no working phone number for groupon merchants nor is the chat available. I contacted groupon as a customer, and they REFUSED to give me the Merchant Centers number. So now I'm stuck with no help and a continued campaign where I am overbooked. Now I have to turn away paid clients and unfortunately inform them groupon needs to refund them their money!
